how do i get my review to be seen as HIGH PRIORITY?
Ask for a support worker from your council,or gp or whoever you have most contact with, or get yourself an advocate CAB can help with that ,they will help you appeal the decision.
I think it matters what county you live in. You can find assistance from government offices, churches and specific websites.
DO NOT THINK TOO MUCH,EVERYTHING WILL BE OK!
