Water? Tea? I had pulled a muscle before the 4th of July weekend and then after the 4th of July the pain in my muscle traveled to my left leg and it had gotten so bad I had to go to the hospital and they said I torn a muscle in my lower back going towards my leg.
just drink what you usually do water tea and be glad your not a diet like me soft/liquid
