i dont really want to sleep. how can i go for days on end without it. and dont tell me i shouldnt and that u need at least 8 hours of sleep a night. dont believe in it.
Keep yourself busy and don't just sit there doing nothing. Coffee and fresh air also helps!!! But why would you want to stay awake for days you will look proper rough!!!!

they said that you've to sleep at least 8 hrs
but I think from 5 hrs it's okay ..

u can drink energy drinks or do something active that wont make u wanna stop or just stand up and watch tv or go on the computer for a long time or read a book that isnt boring or drink coffee
if you eat a healthy diet and get plenty of exercise & rest, then it's time to see your doctor to rule out a medical cause.
