i cut my finger deep on the knuckle like around 3 weeks ago and they put steri strips on it. the cut is semi closed and it still hurts..why??

Wounds which occur on joints have a tendency to reopen. Every time that you bend that knuckle it tears the healing tissues a little. You may need to splint the joint with a chopped down popsicle stick (or something like that) in order to immobilize it for a few days. It should be much better within a week if you can keep it still. I hope you feel better soon.
It opened up not allowing it to heal completely, you should of had sutures. Too late now.Soak it off and on in some real warm salt water and Keep some neosporin on it at nt., with a ban aide on it so you don't stain anything.
You shold really go back to you'r doctor..........ame thing happened to me. i am in 5 grade.I did that in music class
