I don't have insurance right now because I lost my job and can't afford it. I've had a horrible throbbing headache at the base of my skull that I can't seem to get rid of. Sometimes it hurts so bad that I can't walk around or move too quickly. Which makes it difficult since I have a toddler to take care of. I've also noticed some tenderness and pain on my jaw right below my ear lobes. Has anyone experienced this and be willing to share with me how the pain was resolved? I've tried aspirin, excedrin tension headache and migraine headache, cold compress and nothing seems to help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
i hate to worry you but maybe you should go to doctor? usually headaches are either migrane or muscle tension, neither would last for this long. so if it is neither of these it may be cancer or some form of tumour :/ please go and get it looked at just incase. Good luck and all the best xx
You should seriously go get this checked out! Most headaches do only last a few days to maybe a week, but if it's last this long you should get it checked out-there could be a major problem going on in your brain.
I would find the nearest charity type hospital or free clinic and get there. This could be something major and having a toddler, it is nothing to play around with.
Try the County hospital. They have programs for people with no insurance. Air fresheners can give you a headache.
