Can obese people take more damage than a normal-sized healthier person? Like a bullet, for instance?

Actually, an obese will take much less damage than a healthy person. For example, when a obese person is shot in the leg they will only lose 13 HP, but a healthy person will lose 36 HP!

Why would you wonder that? I hope you don't have a grudge against an obese person and staking them out. I figure that they would substain damage just like any other person cause fat is not metal thick. Geeeezzzz

Theoretically, the layers of fat would probably provide minimal protection, but in a realistic setting, that would most likely never save them from anything, especially not bullets.

i don't think so, esp if their shot by like an assault rifle or other heavy weapons... It just doesn't matter, anything hit by them pretty much gets ripped apart.

it depends on the stregnth of the person...
