Does anyone know where I can find a video that shows how to wrap my shoulder? I tried youtube and got nothing.
Get some ace banage and a close friend
have them wrap it for you just alternate wrapping it around the arm and the chest
get a couple of ace bandage rolls
the ace bandage has instructions
